HXS-0 is electrolyzer test cell hardware: it sets active area through the gasket window and scales from a single cell to a short stack. The key is to define the boundary between cell hardware, MEA and your power and circulation equipment.

How do I buy the HXS-0?
HydroXpand sells it directly. Send the active area (1–25 cm²), cell count (1 to 20 cells), flow field and quantity through the enquiry form or to [email protected]; we return a quotation with price, lead time and Incoterms, and the lead time counts from the day we accept your purchase order.
What is the lead time?
HXS-0 is made to order once the active area, cell count and flow field are fixed; the standard lead time is four weeks from PO acceptance and specification sign-off.
Is an MEA included, and can I use a third-party MEA?
The base configuration does not include an MEA, and both our own and third-party MEAs are compatible. On request we supply it as an MEA configuration with HXP-an and HXP-ca electrodes and a membrane.
Can it be made with a small active area such as 3 × 3 cm, or a specific flow field?
Yes. The active area is set by the gasket window anywhere from 1 to 25 cm², so 9 cm² is within the standard range. The default flow field is single-serpentine and other geometries are made to order, and the SUS316L end plates and separator material can be changed to titanium or other alloys.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on active area, cell count, flow field, materials and Incoterms, so it is issued as a quotation.
What are the commercial terms and the country of origin?
EXW is the base term and other Incoterms such as DAP are available. The country of origin is the Republic of Korea; a certificate of origin is provided, so FTA preference may apply in countries that have an FTA with Korea.
