Customer preparation

  • A DC power supply sized for the rated operating range (80 V · 360 A design basis)
  • Electrolyte circulation and temperature control matched to the product connection specification
  • Gas-liquid separation and drying or purification equipment for the required purity
  • Pressure and safety systems designed for up to 10 barg on the H₂ side with the anode at atmospheric pressure

Service & reassembly

Disassembly and reassembly require our dedicated gaskets and about 7 tonnes of clamping force, so conditions are agreed with us in advance. Return service can replace only the MEA and reuse the hardware; the service scope and terms are fixed in the quotation.
