1. Information we collect
We collect personal information through the following three channels on this website:
- Product, technical, project and partner enquiries: Required: enquiry purpose, name, company, email and privacy consent / Optional: phone, country, product, application, output, pressure, purity, power, test or integration conditions, timeline, partner coverage, message and attachment
- Career applications: Required: role or field, name, email, introduction and privacy consent / Optional: phone and an attached resume or portfolio
- Product catalogue download: Required: name, company or organisation and work email / Optional: mobile or phone number, job title, country or region and product of interest / Collected automatically: the requested asset and source page. The six currently published product datasheets download directly without a form, so no personal data is collected for them.
On enquiry, career application and gated download paths, the source page, CTA location, relevant product, application, FAQ, case or asset identifiers and campaign parameters may be transmitted to preserve review context. Campaign parameters are limited to utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid. We also store a partially masked IP address and browser or device information for spam prevention and submission records.
Visit statistics are collected without cookies or browser storage. We collect the visit time, page path, referring site domain, country, device type, language, bot status and the five utm_* fields listed above. We do not store the IP address or raw user agent. They are used in server memory only to create a one-way visitor hash that is valid for that date, then discarded. Our first-party statistics request is not sent when Global Privacy Control or the browser Do Not Track signal is enabled.
2. Purpose of use
- Quote / technical enquiry: responding to enquiries, technical review, providing quotations and technical materials, follow-up sales discussion
- Career application: reviewing applicants and communicating about the recruitment process
- Product catalogue download: delivering the requested material, managing the download record and following up on a relevant product review
- Where optional marketing consent is given: notifying you about catalogue revisions, products and technical news
We do not use the data for any other purpose.
3. Retention period
We destroy the data without delay once the purpose is fulfilled. Retention continues only where required by law.
Raw cookieless visit statistics are retained for 90 days from collection and then deleted. The daily visitor hash changes each date, so visits on different dates cannot be linked to the same person.
4. Third-party disclosure
We do not provide your personal information to third parties.
5. Processing entrustment
- Website hosting: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Internal inquiry notifications: Slack Technologies
- Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Company's cookieless first-party statistics (no personally identifying data or raw IP stored)
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, and we will act without delay.
