The marker is both how we supply it and how we quote it. We do not publish prices; every item is quoted against your conditions.

Manufacturers we handle

We are not a single-brand distributor. Below are the manufacturers we have handled directly in building our own stacks and systems, together with those we have taken quotations from and evaluated against a specification. Each name takes you to the part page it appears on.

For some items we do not name the supplier. That is a decision we have taken rather than a permission we are waiting on, so those manufacturers will not be named later either. The specifications and what we verified are on the part page all the same.

A model number is not an order

On most of these parts the material is chosen by an order code, not by the model number. The same diaphragm ships in nitrile or EPDM, the same Wilo body in 304 or 316L, and in each case the build that arrives by default is the one that does not survive hot KOH. Gas boosters go further: the part number itself splits. One booster we handle carries three separate part numbers under the same model name, for the standard, oxygen and hydrogen builds. Order by model name alone and what arrives is not the hydrogen one.

Not every manufacturer publishes the choice. Where they do not, we do not guess it: we establish what the standard build is made of, ask the manufacturer whether that material holds under our operating conditions, and order once we have the answer.

This is what we actually sell. Not the pump — the order that specifies the right build for hot alkaline or hydrogen service, placed on an account that already exists.

What changes if you buy through us

Every item on this page can be bought from the manufacturer directly. What we carry differs by how the item reaches you, and there are three cases.

The 12-month term warranty attaches to the HXB-V1 system. Parts bought on their own are not covered by it.
