Feed water pre-treatment to meet the electrolyser specification

We source and supply the water treatment train that fits your electrolyser. We set the arrangement from your source water, unit count and daily demand, and carry the overseas purchase and customs ourselves.

Alkali-resistant pumps, tanks, tubing and flow measurement

The loop that circulates KOH electrolyte through the stack. Flow and pressure follow from cooling and anode-side pressure, and material comes next. Because the material that meets hot KOH is set by an order code rather than by the model number, what we do is not sell the pump but place the order that specifies the right build.

The anion exchange membrane that separates hydrogen from oxygen

The membrane we use in our own stacks, supplied in small quantities. We work with more than one family, so if you want to compare a few side by side we can point you to the one that fits your conditions. We carry the international transfer, customs clearance and minimum order.

Nickel foam, nickel felt, titanium felt and stainless fibre felt used on the anode side as electrodes, electrode substrates or PTLs

Porous metals for the anode side, used as the electrode itself, as a substrate to deposit catalyst on, or as a porous transport layer (PTL). We confirm dimensions and thickness and supply only the quantity you need. It is the same substrate our own anodes are grown on.

Bipolar plates, gaskets and end plates for stack assembly

Parts reordered by customers who assemble or maintain our stacks themselves. Orderable individually, or as a set matched to your stack configuration and cell count.

Moisture and oxygen removal downstream of the electrolyser

Hydrogen leaving the electrolyser is water-saturated. We define the downstream train to meet the dew point and purity your application requires. Our modular dryer HXD-V1 is in development.

Gas quality, dew point and flow measurement across the whole plant

Running an electrolyser means measuring gas quality, pressure, flow, level and leaks. We start by setting out what has to be measured where, then confirm range, accuracy, signal type and the certification required in your country before finding a model.

Boosting and storage equipment

We source and supply compressors and storage vessels. Because we know the electrolyser side precisely we can match the specification, and we carry the overseas purchase and customs. Permitting and installation for high pressure gas stay with the site owner.
