Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions and procedures for using the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) operated by [HydroXpand] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

 

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

1. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user with respect to these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably through mutual consultation.
2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
