HydroXpand complies with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal data of information subjects and to promptly and properly handle any related concerns. We have established and implemented this Privacy Policy accordingly.

 

Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal data will not be used for any purpose other than those specified below. In case of a change in the purpose of use, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with the law.
- Online Inquiries: Receiving and handling user inquiries
- Career Inquiries: Receiving and processing job applications and recruitment-related inquiries

Items collected: Name, contact number, email address, inquiry details, submitted materials
b. Career Inquiries
Items collected: Name, contact number, email address, inquiry details, submitted materials such as résumé and cover letter

 

Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The company processes and retains personal information within the retention/use period agreed upon by the information subject at the time of collection or as required by law.

- Online Inquiries: Deleted immediately after inquiry resolution (within 5 days)
- Career Inquiries: Deleted immediately after the recruitment process is completed (within 14 days)

 

Rights of Information Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Information subjects may exercise the rights to request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal data at any time.

Requests may be made in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the company will take prompt action.
Requests for access or suspension may be restricted under Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Act.
The company verifies whether the person making such a request is the individual concerned or a legitimate representative.

 

Destruction of Personal Information
The company will promptly destroy personal data once the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.
a. Destruction Procedure: Personal information subject to destruction will be selected and destroyed with the approval of the company’s Data Protection Officer.
b. Destruction Method: Data in electronic file format will be permanently deleted, and printed documents will be shredded or incinerated.

 

Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
- Administrative measures: Minimization and training of staff handling personal information, establishment and implementation of internal management plans
- Technical measures: Security systems against hacking and unauthorized access, access control, installation of security software
- Physical measures: Installation of intrusion prevention systems, use of locks for document security, access control for unauthorized personnel

 

Use of Cookies
To provide users with customized services, the company uses cookies, which are small pieces of data stored on the user’s computer by the web server.
a. Purpose of Use: To analyze user visit records (IP address, access time), connection methods, etc., for website improvement and optimized information delivery.
